Please make cheques payable to: James Ong. § 30 minute lesson: $23 each § 45 minute lesson: $35 each § 60 minute lesson: $46 each Business Policy: § As the lesson time is only reserved for you or your child, there are no refunds or deductions for cancelled or missed lessons § However, with one weeks notice, a regularly scheduled lesson may be re-scheduled within that same week, time permitting § Also, every effort will be made to re-schedule lessons missed due to unanticipated illnesses or family tragedies, and § If lessons are to be terminated, one months notice is required Phone Support: § Informational support is offered pro bono to parents/students on an as needed basis (i.e. lesson clarification, motivational/encouragement ideas, discuss progress/goals, etc) § Support requests can be made by phone at 604-732-8606 or by email at james@jamesong.ca
